We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very helpful, polite, and attentive with an A+++ attitude. The location was just perfect for us as it was close to the Wanda mall where we enjoyed the indoor ski facility. We could also walk to nearby restaurants, massage places, and other attractions. The transport from the airport was hassle-free and took only 30 minutes even during peak hours. The hotel facilities, including the gym and swimming pool, were great, and the decor was nice. We especially liked the breakfast buffet and found plenty of options to choose from.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The hotel is situated near a shopping center with an indoor ski facility. the room was clean and tidy with new equipment. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the buffet breakfast had several options. the gym and swimming pool areas were impressive.

The interns in the ground floor lounge seemed inexperienced with cocktail making.

the exclusive amenities in the room fulfilled our needs. the service at the Bar/ Lounge area was impeccable and we felt like VIPs. the location advantages of being near the Ski resort and Mall were amazing.

The breakfast had a good variety of vegetarian options. The location was convenient and close to popular attractions. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed.

The cleanliness standards were not up to par. Surfaces were dusty and not adequately wiped down.
